Officially, July 28, 2022 will be my last day seeing clients and members in the office. It’s truly been my deepest honor to serve you and your family over the last dozen or more years. Ultimately my family’s needs have dictated our relocation. Below will list some important information:
BILLING:
All current membership fees/dues with AFFORDABLE CHIROPRACTIC – J. JAY LASHBROOK, DC will end as of July 31, 2022. You may get an email notification from my merchant processor with a statement of cancellation.

RECORDS REQUESTS:
Should you need a copy of your records, JUST ASK. I can deliver them easy via electrically. IF you need paper copies, there will be a copy record fee of $25 plus $0.25 per page. Either way, I’ll be sure to get them to you within 14 (fourteen) business days.
REFERRAL:
In my quest to recommend that you continue with your regular chiropractic care to help maximize your quality of life, these are my BEST recommendations that may best replace my hands with theirs: Everyone has very specific needs and we as chiropractors may take a bit of time to tailor our various techniques to your specific needs.

DR. WENDY LANSER Sunnyvale, CA 408-245-5454 Dr. Lanser specializes in more gentle and non-osseous (less to no bone cracking) techniques. If you prefer a light touch with amazing results, Dr. Lanser may fit your needs better. Her office also accepts many insurances, including Medicare.
THE JOINT 5 Locations in San Jose: This franchise chiropractic office offers very similar price plans for regular chiropractic care. They offer very convenient office hours as well. They are open 6-7 days a week and have multiple location in San Jose.
